(More customer reviews)I am pretty sure this is the model I have because the exterior looks the same. I love this straightener. I first used it at my hair salon and the next year in my cosmetology class, these straighteners were pulled out for the customers that would come in. Honestly, I feel they work a whole lot better then any other straightener I've used. It straightens my hair well and my hair hardly ever goes frizzy through out any of the humid conditions. It has a nice barrel for creating beautiful curls (I hardly ever use a curling iron anymore). I've had my straightener for probably 6 or so years now and it still works perfectly fine. I tried switching to another one that I got for $100 and I just went back to my chi. Like I said, I love it.
