(More customer reviews)I purchased the T3 Tourmaline 83415 Narrow Duality Professional Ionic 1 Inch Ceramic Styling Iron. Within 30 days the Styling Iron quit working. It would just shut off. I thought at first it was an electrical problem with my outlet. But it kept doing it, everytime I used it. It would work for 5 minutes and then shut off. So I called Amazon and let them know. I recieved a different one. I am not sure if it will continue to work or will have the same problem. Amazon took a long time for them to send a postage paid sticker so I could send the old one back. I had to call Amazon several times. When you buy this product from Amazon it says it is brand new. But they have cut off the serial number off this product and the warrenty with the company is no good. If your product quits working, you are screwed. I emailed T3 and they said sometimes companys like this are actually referbished products. Products that stoped working and a person fixes them. It is a better idea to just spend the extra money and buy from a authorized dealer.
